We are offering a choice of Wedding packages ranging in price from €2,800 (Bronze package) to €10,890 (platinum package - high season) . Our SILVER, GOLD AND PLATINUM PACKAGES offer accommodation in Private Villas and Apartments for Bridal Couple and UP TO 20 of your Guests. PLEASE NOTE: FLIGHTS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THESE PACKAGES.
PACKAGE ONE (BRONZE) €2800.00 includes the following:
The BRONZE package includes a ceremony and full licence fees in either Town Hall or Hotel setting by the beach, Sit down meal for up to 20 guests in a restaurant by Fig Tree Bay (or in Ayia Napa) if that is your choice of venue, welcome drink for your guests on arrival at the reception, one tier sponge wedding cake, collection of bride and groom in dressed mercedes or white stretch limo, collection of guests in our minibus to transport to ceremony and then take them to reception.
You can added extras to this package, such as photographer, Horse and Carriage, flowers for bride and bridesmaids, beautician, photo packages.
PACKAGE TWO (SILVER) €5660.00 includes the following:
The SILVER package is currently offered at a SPECIAL OFFER RATE of only €5660.00 and gives excellent value for money. It offers your guests accommodation in 3 Star apartments in Protaras and includes a buffet style reception in a local restaurant for up to 20 guests , white stretch limo, photos, beautician and flowers for Bride only, Licence for either Ayia Napa or Paralimni Town Hall ceremony, wedding cake, champagne on arrival and all food at the reception (this package does not include private villas) Extras, such as DJ, Horse and Carriage, more flowers, etc. can be added to this package for a small fee. Also, extra guests can be added for a fee. This package is NOT available in peak months of July and August at this price, unless by arrangement when extra fees are added for the accommodation
PACKAGE THREE (GOLD) from €9440.00 includes:
We are also offering a GOLD package of a Restaurant Reception Venue, which offers the same as Platinum Package, but without the DJ and evening reception. These GOLD packages cost £6500 (low season), £7900 (mid season), and £9,500 (high season) respectively and will include all Villa accommodation and all facilities listed below (except DJ)
INCLUDED IN GOLD AND PLATINUM PACKAGES: Accommodation in our quality villas and apartments for UP TO 20 guests for one week; FREE accommodation (hotel, apartment or villa) for Bride and Groom for one week; Horse Drawn Carriage with own personal groom; fully dressed white stretch limo to take you to the ceremony venue; Choice of Ceremony venue, incl. hotel by beach, Ayia Napa monastery, Town Hall. All flowers for Bride, Bridesmaids, buttonholes, flowers at Reception Venue which takes place in a hotel of your choice with full sit down meal (plus evening buffet if you opt for the PLATINUM PACKAGE); Photos and album of the occasion; minibuses or taxis for guests from venue to reception; all administration and costs re. Licence for ceremony; Beautician for Bride and Bridesmaids including hair, nails and make-up; one tier wedding cake; Master of Ceremonies (if requested); DJ; All food and welcome glass of Champagne at Reception, and your own wedding co-ordinator to take care of your every need.
PACKAGE FOUR (PLATINUM) from €10,890.00 includes:
The PLATINUM package includes a Full Hotel Venue Reception, plus evening buffet - these package prices are €10,890.00 (low season), €12,350.00 (mid season) and €14,440.00 (High season) respectively and include absolutely everything listed in the GOLD PACKAGE plus evening buffet and DJ and the venue for the whole evening, and include all accommodation in Villas and Apartments
SPECIAL DIAMOND PACKAGE - BRIDE & GROOM ACCOMMODATION - from €3990.00
This DIAMOND package offers ceremony and full licence fees for Town Hall or Hotel setting by the beach, accommodation in private villa with pool for one or two weeks for the BRIDE AND GROOM, sit down meal for up to 20 people at a restaurant in Fig Tree Bay or Nissi Beach, Ayia Napa, one tier sponge wedding cake, welcome drink for all guests, collection of Bride and Groom in dressed Mercedes or white stretch limo, collection of all guests to take to and from ceremony in minibus and then transport them back to reception, free DVD of up to 100 photos with this package.
EXTRAS ARE AVAILABLE FOR THIS PACKAGE INCL. FLOWERS, BEAUTICIAN, HORSE & CARRIAGE, PHOTO PACKAGE.
The GOLD and PLATINUM packages offer a choice of venues for the ceremony from Paralimni or Ayia Napa Town Hall; Ayia Napa Monastery; Hotel Ceremony or even a Yacht out at Sea - the choice is yours. PLEASE NOTE THAT PACKAGES CAN BE TAKEN ANYTIME YOU WANT TO GET MARRIED (SUBJECT TO CEREMONEY AND RECEPTION VENUE BEING AVAILABLE)
All these packages are offered by Protaras Property, who are an established company with many years of experience in Property and are experienced in the wedding package industry in Cyprus. All packages have optional extras and EXTRA GUESTS CAN BE ADDED FOR A FEE TO EITHER BE ACCOMMODATED IN VILLAS AND APARTMENTS OR SIMPLY TO ATTEND THE RECEPTION, or packages can be altered to suit your individual requirements. We can offer smaller packages for less guests. DEPOSIT CAN BE PAID TO SECURE YOUR WEDDING PACKAGE.
