They work with you, they take bookings, confirm rentals by taking a deposit and final payment 6 weeks prior to arrival date. The fact that they take a deposit for any damages eases your mind.  Thank goodness we have never had to use it. Monies are transferred into your account once it is received from renter. You are not left waiting or chasing for your money.
